I live in Rhode Island, and always have. Probably always will. I'm a social worker at an HIV/AIDS support & resource center run by a community action program, a hospice volunteer, and a graduate student.

I'm into: puns, napping, snacking, desserts (making & eating), crafting, listening to the same music I listened to in college, birds, and being drug-free and meat-free.

Similar to what Orwell wrote about in 1984. Not only do you need to know the word for something to think it, but how you string words together influences your perception of ”reality”.

This article boggled my mind.  This is the kind of stuff that I think about while trying to fall asleep, my brain zipping around in a million different directions.
