You read my mind
if she would just return my calls, i would call a lot less. i would stop finding excuses to text and email her to see if she responds to either of those.
i understand that this is still complicated to navigate but:
1. she cannot treat me like an acquaintance. i am not. i am not a surface friend. we have too much history, and we both know and have acknowledged that.
2. she wouldn’t ignore her friends like this. she isn’t always the greatest at returning calls/texts/emails right away, but she always does… except for when it is coming from me. treat me like a friend.
3. bullshit, to every time you say “oh, sorry i never called, i didn’t get your message until 11…” that’s a load of crap. you have phone anxiety. you are never without your cell and you always listen to your messages, or at the very least, read your texts right away.
I could have written these same words about one of my best friends, with how she’s been acting lately.
